Wig Addiction Marketplace Refund Policy
At Wig Addiction Marketplace, we want buyers and sellers to feel safe and confident during every transaction. Because our marketplace consists of independent sellers and hygiene-sensitive products, all refund requests are reviewed carefully.

By making a purchase on Wig Addiction Marketplace, buyers agree to the following refund terms.
Eligible Refund Situations
A buyer may qualify for a refund if:
The item never ships
The wrong item was received
The item arrives significantly different from the listing description
Major undisclosed damage exists
The seller fails to provide tracking information within the required timeframe
The package is officially lost by the shipping carrier

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be approved for:
Buyer’s remorse
Color variation due to screen settings or lighting
Cap fit preferences
Styling differences
Minor fiber wear consistent with a used wig
Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Claims made after the protection window expires
Items marked “Final Sale”

Because wigs are personal-use and hygiene-sensitive items, returns are limited.
Return Request Timeframe
Buyers must submit any dispute or refund request within:
3 days of delivery for “item not as described” claims
7 days after estimated delivery for missing packages
Requests submitted outside these windows may be denied.

Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are expected to:
Accurately describe items
Clearly disclose flaws, alterations, odors, missing tags, or damage
Upload clear photos of the actual item
Ship orders within the stated handling time
Provide valid tracking information
Repeated violations may result in seller suspension or removal from the platform.

Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
The buyer may be responsible for return shipping unless the seller was clearly at fault
Returned items must be sent back in the same condition received
Refunds may be denied if the item is worn, altered, damaged, or washed

Marketplace Role
Wig Addiction Marketplace provides a platform that allows buyers and independent sellers to connect. Wig Addiction Marketplace is not the owner, seller, or shipper of items listed by individual sellers.
Each seller is responsible for their own listings, descriptions, photos, shipping, customer service, and any refunds related to their sales.
Wig Addiction Marketplace may assist in reviewing disputes and communication between buyers and sellers to help ensure a fair marketplace experience.
If a refund is approved, the refund is the responsibility of the seller. Refunds are paid by the seller and are not paid by Wig Addiction Marketplace.
Marketplace service fees, operating fees, and commissions are separate from seller refund obligations and do not transfer refund responsibility to Wig Addiction Marketplace.
Wig Addiction Marketplace reserves the right to:
review reported issues
assist with buyer/seller communication
take action on fraudulent accounts
suspend or remove sellers or buyers who violate marketplace policies
Our decisions regarding marketplace disputes and account standing are final.

Chargebacks & Fraud
Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of the refund system may result in:
account suspension
permanent bans
reporting to payment processors or authorities when necessary
