Effective date: September 2026 At Wig Addiction Marketplace we want buyers and sellers to feel safe and confident in every transaction. Because the marketplace is made up of independent sellers, and because wigs are personal-use, hygiene-sensitive items, refunds are limited and every request is reviewed carefully. By making a purchase on Wig Addiction Marketplace, buyers agree to the following terms. When a refund applies A buyer may qualify for a refund if: • The item never ships. Orders not marked shipped within 7 days are cancelled and refunded automatically, including shipping, with no request needed. • The wrong item was received. • The item arrived significantly different from the listing description. • The item has major damage that was not disclosed. • The seller marked the order shipped without valid tracking information. • The package is officially confirmed lost by the shipping carrier. When a refund does not apply Refunds will not be approved for: • Buyer’s remorse. • Color variation due to screen settings or lighting. • Cap fit preferences. • Styling differences. • Minor fiber wear consistent with a used wig. • Delays caused by the shipping carrier. • Claims made after the request window below. • Items marked “Final Sale”. Request windows Refund requests must be made within: • 3 days of delivery for “item not as described” claims. • 7 days after the estimated delivery date for missing packages. Requests made outside these windows may be denied. How to request a refund 1. Message the seller from your order page under My Orders. Most issues are resolved there. 2. If you cannot resolve it together, email [email protected] with your order number, photos and a description of the issue. 3. We review the order, the listing and the messages, and may ask either side for more information. How refunds are paid An approved refund is issued through the marketplace to the card used at checkout, and the amount is deducted from the seller’s payout. Refunds are funded by the seller, not by Wig Addiction Marketplace. Marketplace fees and commissions do not transfer refund responsibility to Wig Addiction Marketplace. Return shipping If a return is approved: • The buyer may be responsible for return shipping unless the seller was clearly at fault. • Returned items must be sent back in the same condition they were received. • A refund may be denied if the item has been worn, altered, damaged or washed. Seller responsibilities Sellers are expected to: • Describe items accurately and disclose flaws, alterations, odors, missing tags or damage. • Upload clear photos of the actual item. • Ship every order within 7 days of purchase, with tracking, and enter the tracking number on the order. • Respond to buyer messages about an order. Repeated violations may result in suspension or removal from the marketplace. Marketplace role Wig Addiction Marketplace provides the platform that connects buyers and independent sellers. We are not the owner, seller or shipper of the items listed. Each seller is responsible for her own listings, descriptions, photos, shipping and customer service. We assist in reviewing disputes and in communication between buyers and sellers, and we reserve the right to review reported issues, act on fraudulent accounts, and suspend or remove buyers or sellers who violate marketplace policies. Our decisions on marketplace disputes and account standing are final. Chargebacks and fraud Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims or abuse of the refund process may result in account suspension, a permanent ban, and reporting to payment processors or authorities where necessary.
