1. Introduction

Wig Addiction LLC, doing business as Wig Addiction Marketplace ("we", "our", "us"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our marketplace at www.sellwigaddiction.com, how we use it, and who we share it with. Our marketplace runs on Prometora, a marketplace platform that hosts the website and stores our data on our behalf.

Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the marketplace.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

We collect information you provide when you:

• Create an account: your name and email address
• Buy an item: your shipping address and phone number, which are shared with the seller so she can ship your order
• Sell an item: your listings, photos and shop profile. Identity and bank details for payouts are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us
• Message another member or contact us

Information collected automatically

When you visit the marketplace we may automatically collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, through cookies and similar technologies. Card numbers are entered directly with Stripe and never reach us.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Run the marketplace: accounts, listings, messages, favorites and orders
• Process payments through Stripe and get orders shipped
• Send you order and account emails, such as sign-in links, order confirmations and shipping updates
• Answer your questions and help resolve disputes between buyers and sellers
• Send marketplace news if you have opted in, which you can stop at any time
• Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms and keep the community safe

4. Sharing your information

We share information only where needed to run the marketplace:

• With the seller you buy from: your name, shipping address and phone number, so she can ship your order
• With Stripe, which processes payments and verifies sellers under its own privacy policy, and with Prometora, which hosts the marketplace and stores our data
• With authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, our members or the public

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how the marketplace is used. Cookies are small files stored on your device.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but parts of the marketplace, such as staying signed in, may then not work.

6. Data security

The marketplace uses encrypted connections, and payment and banking details are handled by Stripe, a certified payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Your rights

You can, at any time:

• See and update your account details from your dashboard
• Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to delete your account and personal information, subject to records we must keep for completed orders and tax purposes
• Object to or restrict how we use your information
• Withdraw consent to marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any email
